所有的挑战都是来成就生命的伟大

《道德经》的研究对象是“生命”。

什么是生命？生是创造，命是限制——从这个角度而言，宇宙是生命、地球是生命、国家是生命、企业是生命、家庭是生命、肉体是生命……所有的生命之树如果想要深根固柢、长成参天大树，都需要“四和”的沃土。所谓“四和”就是“和谐社会我的责任，和谐企业我的责任，和谐家庭我的责任，和谐身心我的责任”的简称——这是我们生命的土壤，不是“四和”需要我们，而是我们需要“四和”！

什么是生命？生命就是关系——“修四和”就是打通“生命大周天”最简单有效的方法！我们需要在“四和”中理顺与国家的关系、与生态的关系、与工作的关系、与亲人的关系以及与自己身心命运的关系。修“四和”就是在做事中练功，就是在做人中练功，就是在形形色色的人和事中练功。这个练功的程序就是在“实学——实干——实效——实证”中成长自己、绽放自己、成为自己。

三月是挑战月

挑战是人生必须要经历的，每个人遇到的挑战都不同，有人是财富事业方面的，有人是婚姻家庭方面的，也有人是健康寿命方面的……人生如果没有各种各样的挑战，您又怎么知道自己有多优秀呢？人生如果只有快乐，您又怎么知道这是快乐呢？人生如果事事都能轻松得到，您又怎么知道什么是知足感恩呢？在挑战中，经历坎坷，付出努力，克服困难，达成目标，这才是百味人生的乐趣——有挑战，才是人生！

挑战是上天化了妆的礼物，所有挑战的发生都是来成就生命的伟大。所以，《道德经》学用的核心是“修心”——《道德经》这条路一定是往心里走的，一定是向自己内在走的。其实，所有事物都具有两面性，当走入本源，您就会发现：原来世间没有绝对的是非善恶、没有二元对立、也没有所谓的分别心，所有的现象和概念只是角度不同而已。

所以，人生最大的挑战往往不在外面，而在于自己内心善恶对错的情绪卡点。当发现自己内心愤怒浮现时，这种情绪已经在啃噬着我们的内在、侵蚀着我们的身体了。这些情绪卡点是在生命过程中，由过往那些一点一滴的不舒服慢慢积攒形成的。随着年岁增长，这些内在背负的情绪卡点也在不断增加，让我们似乎再也难以逃出它们的魔爪！渐渐地，人的眼睛习惯于盯住别人的对错是非；渐渐地，人就丧失了大道的敏感度；渐渐地，人不再能感受到单纯的喜悦，也完全看不见你中有我、我中有你的人类命运共同体的和谐之美了……

Challenge is the gift of God's makeup. All challenges come to achieve the greatness of life. Therefore, the core of the study and application of 《Tao Te Ching》 is 'cultivating the mind' -- the tao of 《Tao Te Ching》 must go to the heart, and it must go to its own inner.
