【设计意图】教师设计头脑风暴的活动,一是为了活跃课堂气氛,二是为了让学生能够输出更多关于蔬菜和牲畜的词汇,为接下来文章的学习作铺垫。1. T: I have a friend. His name is Wang Ke. Look! He lives in the country. His grandpa has a farm. But now he lives in the city. He writes a letter to his grandpa.【设计意图】教师在新授country和city的时候,要借助图片,创设情境,同时第一次让学生感悟到country和city的区别:在country可以看到farm,而在city是看不到farm的。2. Consolidation and extensionIf you are grandpa,you can write a letter to Wang Ke and talk about your life in the country.Four students write a letter. Pay attention to the format of the letter.【设计意图】由于学生是四年级,英语知识薄弱,教师设置了四人小组给爷爷写回信,培养学生团结协作能力。同时教师也会对信件格式进行讲解,团队合作完成信件后进行展示交流。3. DO you like country or city. Why?T: Maybe you like country,maybe you like city,You should love country, love city and love life.【设计意图】学生学完整个语篇后,教师借助图片,设置开放型问题引导学生说出城市和乡村的不同。同时教师对学生进行德育教育:Love country,love city and love life。1. Talk about the differences between country and city with your parents.这是本册书Recycle2的最后一个课时,让学生能够在实际情景中运用1-6单元的重点句型,培养学生爱乡村,爱城市,爱生活之情。在Warm up的环节,教师设置头脑风暴的活动,让学生输出更多词汇。课堂教学中,教师通过听读,判断对错活动粗读文本,让学生提取基本信息;通过问题导向精读文本,让学生提取关键信息;教师还有意识地培养学生有效阅读的方法:划出关键句提炼核心语言,借助图片进一步了解文本内容。最后设置四人小组活动,培养学生团结协作能力。教师通过开放型问题,激发学生的思维能力,渗透德育教育。学生从粗读到精读语篇内容,环环相扣,但是在回答开放型问题时,学生输出的语言过于单一,在日常学习中还是需要注重培养学生的思维能力。
