客户下单后,合同产品暂时无法供应
Mike外贸说QQ群,群员问了一个问题,Mike觉得很有代表性,发给大家参考:
有个客户给她报了一个全新原装的医疗镜子的配件,我们产品特殊我还特意问了她要图片确认她要的是什么,确认图片后就给她报了二手的和原装的,她选择了新的,一个多月后确认了订单,我天天催她,你确认给我不然我怕到时没有货,因为我们产品都是国外品牌,有时有钱也拿不到货,他给我付了钱后,我们给代理商下单了,但是没有货了她要的,她要的这个零件的组建才有货,不过价格是一倍,二手的组件价格可以给她按前面报的价格,其实她最开始询价要的就是组件,但是他就给我图片我就按图片报的价格,现在没有货了只有二手的,新的就要加价,她就不同意,你说我该怎么跟他说,说了很多了,还是不接受
MIKE答:
如果产品特殊,难以找到第二个供应商, 你可以先去和供应商核实一下, 什么时候可以有这个现货, 然后再通知客户等, 如果客户接受, 立刻给供应商付定金 和他们敲定价格,避免后期有货抬高价格 。 如何客户不接受,告诉他问题的根源和你们的无奈 实在不行退给他钱, 不要因为小事坏了自己公司的名声 。

I'm sorry for all the inconvenience caused by this, we don't want it, too.
As a businessman, you may also understand, only when the payment is collected, could we get this order confirmed from Financial Department and Factory Director.
So many follow-ups were done by me, hoping to get your timely confirmation on it.
The delay of order confirmation and payment collection missed in-stock products, which was sold up soon.
For now, we have three solutions:
1.) You can take second-hand items at the price we agreed before.
2.) You can wait for the next batch of the new items. The estimated date of it may be around date: ****
3.) If you cannot accept above two solutions, the payment can be returned to your account by your final confirmation.
