Hydraulic system

Hydraulic system have many advantages as power sources for operating various aircraft units,they combine the advantages of light weight、ease of installation、simplification of inspection and minimum maintenance requirements.

液压系统有很多优势,作为操作各种飞机的能量源,它们结合很多优点例如:重量轻,易于安装,简化检查和最低的维护要求。

Hydraulic operations are also almost 100 percent efficient,with only negligible loss due to fluid friction.

液压操作也几乎是拥有100%的效率,由于流体摩擦造成的损失可以忽略不计。

Hydraulic system in aircraft provide a means for the operation of aircraft  components.Virtually,all aircraft make use of some hydraulically powered  components.

飞机液压系统为飞机部件的操作提供了一种手段。实际上,所有飞机都利用一些液压组件。

In large and more complex aircraft like boeing 737NG,the use of hydraulically  powered components much more common and be used to power any or all the flight control system.

在大型和更复杂的飞机例如波音737NG,液压动力组件的使用更加普遍,并且用于任何或所有的飞行控制系统之中。

An aircraft hydraulic system is a source of pressure energy for activating a wide range of aircraft systems and components such as landing gear、wheel brakes、flaps and flying controls and nose-wheel steering.

飞机液压系统是一种压力能量来源,用于驱动飞机上广泛的飞机系统和部件,如起落架、轮刹车、襟翼和飞行控制面以及前轮转弯系统。

All the hydraulic system may contain a pump to provide the pressure,a reservoir of fluid for the pump to draw upon,actuators to operate the various components listed above and selectors with which the desired functions are controlled.

所有的液压系统都包含液压泵用来提供压力;储藏液压油的箱,便于液压泵抽取;执行组件操作上面列出的各种组件和选择器,以控制所需的功能。

A basic hydraulic system consists of a pump、reservoir、directional valve、check valve、 pressure relieve valve、select valve、actuator and filter.

一个基本的液压系统包括一个泵,液压流体的储存库,换向阀,单向阀,减压阀,选择阀,执行机构和过滤器。


B737

例如737飞机共有三套液压系统:A、B和备用。如果A和/或B系统中无压力,则使用备用系统。

液压系统向下列飞机系统提供动力:

· 飞行操纵

· 前缘襟翼和缝翼

· 后缘襟翼

· 起落架

· 机轮刹车

· 前轮转弯

· 反推装置

· 自动驾驶。

The airplane has three hydraulic systems: A, B and standby. The standby system is used if system A and/or B pressure is lost. The hydraulic systems power the following airplane systems:

· flight controls

· leading edge flaps and slats

· trailing edge flaps

· landing gear

· wheel brakes

· nose wheel steering

· thrust reversers

· autopilots.

在不降低飞机操纵性能的情况下,可由液压A或B系统中的任一个向所有的飞行操纵提供压力。

Either A or B hydraulic system can power all flight controls with no decrease in airplane controll ability

每个液压系统都有一个位于主轮舱区内的液压油箱。A和B系统的油箱是由引气来增压的。而备用液压系统的油箱则与液压B系统的油箱相连,以进行增压和勤务工作。

Each hydraulic system has a fluid reservoir located in the main wheel well area. System A and B reservoirs are pressurized by bleed air. The standby system reservoir is connected to the system B reservoir for pressurization and servicing. 

两套液压系统同时失效,必须返航或就近机场着陆:
