高性能钼粉与烧结钼的制备及机理研究

【摘要】 高性能钼粉和烧结钼的制备是钼粉末冶金过程中的重要环节,是钼进一步深加工的关键,本文采用SEM、TEM、X-射线衍射、热重分析、差热分析等手段对钼粉制备过程中的相变过程、反应动力学及机理进行了深入研究,采用二次通用旋转组合设计的试验方法优化了钼粉制备工艺,借助热模拟机和电子万能试验机对La2O3/MoSi2复合微粒强韧化烧结钼的性能进行了检测,并对其强韧化机理进行了探讨。1.揭示了不同钼酸铵原料动态焙解的规律,即二钼酸铵焙解分两步进行,而四钼酸铵焙解按一步进行,建立了二钼酸铵热分解反应的速率方程,第一步为dα/(dT)=4.99×1012/βe-123743/RT·2(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]1/2,第二步为dα/(dT)=1.13×1013/βe-180875/(RT)·3(1-α)[-ln(1-α)]2/3,四钼酸铵热分解反应的速率方程为dα/(dT)=2.344×1012<... 更多
【Abstract】 The preparation of high performance molybdenum powder and sintered molybdenum is an important link in the powder metallurgy process of molybdenum and also a key for deep processing of molybdenum.
