——兼答《贵州田赋研究》整理者有关李荫乔先生之疑

摘要

在新冠肺炎疫情期间，我偶然发现了我的父亲李荫乔先生于1938年在中国国民党中央政治学校地政学院学习期间的毕业论文《贵州田赋研究》和与此相关的《实习调查日记》。这两部手稿都被萧铮大师收集在他所主编的《民国二十年代中国大陆土地问题资料》中，其中《贵州田赋研究》被放在这部文献巨著的首篇。这足以显示萧铮先生对这位得意门生毕业论文的重视程度。父亲的这两部手稿共600余页，除少量表格外，全部为先父的手写公楷字体。这些文字展现出，作者是一位文字上有功底，学术上有建树，敢于公开批判国民党政府的贪婪与卑鄙，在国家和民族生死存亡关头能以天下为己任，具有忧国忧民情怀的仁人志士。父亲在我心目中的平庸形象被彻底颠覆了。

Abstract

During the outbreak of COVID 19, I happened to find my father Mr. Li,Yin-qiao’s graduation thesis "A Study of Farmland Tax in Guizhou" and the related "Diary of Internship Investigation" in 1938 when he was studying in the College of land Administration of the kuomintang Central Political School. These two manuscripts were collected by Master Xiao,Zheng in his book "Data on Land Issues in Mainland China in the 1920s of the Republic of China", in which "A Study of Farmland Tax in Guizhou" was included in the first part of this masterpiece of anthology. This is enough to show that Mr. Xiao,Zheng attaches importance to the graduation thesis of this student. My Father’s two manuscripts, with a total of over 700 pages, are all written in his handwriting, except for a few tables. These writings show that the author is a person with solid literary foundation, academic insight, courage to openly criticize the kuomintang government’s greed and meanness, in the national and national life and death juncture has always taken the world as his own duty, with a concern for the country and the people. My Father’s mediocre image in my mind was completely overturned.
