mullet 鲱鲤 (or 红鱼?) 怎么吃

i got emails from chinese grocey it shows mullet 鲱鲤 on sale $1.99($2.59), the good thing i can enlarge each fish photo so can see english and chinese fish name clearly.

then i searched from baidu such as :

红哥鲤(副鲱鲤)三吃，清蒸，干煎，红烧     以鱼当饭——潮汕人民真会吃!....

but all showing 红鱼 with mouth 2 beards not the same colour as the food advertisement. here i attached both photos

it is very confused to me and i knew in usa grocery stores frequently messed up that fish price tag showing wrong fish name.

baidu also showing : mullet 鲻鱼; 鲱鲤; 胭脂鱼发型(男子发型，前面和两侧的头发短，脑后的头发长);

And indeed it looks more likely (乌)鲻鱼 so i searched 鲻鱼 and got " 乌鲻鱼做法"

i hope i would not regret to buy (乌)鲻鱼 if it is.

i want to buy 大黄花鱼 but it really didn't look like also nor 大黄鱼. i am really missing mom cooked 黄花鱼 so decide to buy one.

as mackerel 白首鲭（或称西班牙鲭鱼）i ate 干煎鲭鱼 in taiwan restaurant and really can not say i like it.

鲛: 鲨鱼 again it did not look like.

however it might be 中国马鲛鱼 (中型马鲛鱼not 中马鲛鱼) and from 百度网友087ec9c  2019-01-28 马鲛鱼，Scomberomorus niphonius，体形狭长，头及体背部蓝黑色。一般体长为25~50厘米、体重300~1000克。分布于北太平洋西部，我国产于黄海和渤海.
清 洪亮吉 《晓读书斋初录》卷上:" 嘉兴 出马皋鱼，味较他鱼清美，旧未解其命名之义，今考《水经注·沔水下》云:' 谷水 之右有 马皋 城'……则鱼当以地得名
日语为(さわら) = 俗名:土魠鱼/ 马加/ 梭齿土魠鱼英文名 (Scomberomorus commerson)
体形狭长，头及体背部蓝黑色。上侧面有数列蓝黑色圆斑点，腹部龙白色，背鳍与臀鳍之后有角刺。在夏秋季常结群作远程洄游。
马鲛鱼刺少肉多，体多脂肪，与"雪菜"同烧鲜美异常，可作"熏鱼"，也可用盐腌制，是下饭佳肴。

--so i would try 马鲛鱼与"雪菜"同烧.

you can see why it is so difficult for me to buy sea food in usa -- few options and very likely wrong names. i believe in chinese grocery store freezer has more other kind fish. but my poor eyes hardly can see or match one of price tags on the freezer door.

ps8/19/2021 i made photos about the fish i bought which completely different from what i saw pictures in baidu search as 红哥鲤(副鲱鲤), 短须海鲱鲤(短须副绯鲤、秋姑、须哥、蓬莱海鲱鲤) or 马六甲鲱鲤. in the end i fried it with garlic, ginger, wine then pour water and put 豆腐皮, 豆腐干 and green onion.
