指示代词是具体指示概念的代词：this这，that那，these这些，those那些，such如此的

such的用法

当such修饰单数可数名词时，名词前须用不定冠词a(n)。例如：

They had such a hard time working out the hard problem.

他们费好大的劲解出这道难题。

结构分析：They是主语，had是谓语，过去一般时，such a hard time是宾语（such a hard是三个前置定语）， working out the hard problem是-ing式词组，作宾语补语。

结构“such + a(n) + 形容词 + 名词”也可以转换成“so + 形容词 + a(n) +名词”。例如：

I have never caught such a big fish.

I have never caught so big a fish.

我从没有抓到过这么大的鱼。

结构分析：I是主语，have never caught是谓语，现在完成时，such a big fish是宾语。
