1我们应该按照公认的国际规则，本着互谅互让的精神，通过对话协商，共同寻求解决分歧之道。 We should work together to explore ways to resolve disagreements through dialogue and consultation in accordance with internationally recognized principles and in the spirits of mutual understanding and accommodation.

2所有党员领导干部，都应该先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐，吃苦在前，享受在后，首先要支持和帮助群众先富起来，而不能只考虑自己如何富，更不能利用手中的权力谋取不正当的利益。All leading Party cadres should be thefirst to concern about the country and thepeople and the last to enjoy life; be thefirst to bear hardships and the last to enjoythemselves; support and help others firstinstead of only thinking about how to getrich themselves, let alone seekingunlawful interests by abusing power.

5坚持引进来和走出去相结合，积极参与国际经济技术合作和竞争，不断提高对外开放水平。By both bringing in and going global", weshould actively participate in internationaleconomic and technological cooperation and openwider to the outside world.
