1. Why don’t youtalk to your parents?

“Why don’t you+ 动词原形?” 相当于“Why not + 动词原形?” 意为“为什么不呢”，一般用在疑问句中，表示提建议.

Why don’tyou go to the party with me?= Why not go to the party with me?

2. Well,I found my sister looking through my things yesterday.

find 动词，过去式是found    意为“找到，发现” ，在本句中意为“发现” 。

用法：1. find sb doing sth 意为“发现某人正在做某事”，强调发现的是正在做的事；而 find sb do sth 意为“发现某人做过某事”，强调发现的事动作的全过程。

类似用法的词汇： watch、hear、see等

（1）watch sb do sth ：观看某人做某事

watch sb doing sth ：观看某人正在做某事

（2）hear sb do sth ：听见某人做某事

hear sb doing sth ：听见某人正在做某事

(3)   seesb do sth: 看见某人做某事

see sb doing sth ：看见某人正在做某事

用法2：find + it +adj +to do sth ,这里it 做形式宾语，to do 做真正宾语
