here's today's harvest from the food forest

we've got a diverse number of things

我们收获了很多食物

grapes，

有葡萄，

（而且好几个品种）

hazelnuts，

榛果，

strawberries ，

草莓t

omatoes，

西红柿，

cucumbers

黄瓜

还有梨

树莓

you guys can be harvesting the same food

你们也可以收获一堆食物

this is the system we put in just five years ago

这个系统是我们五年前建立的

anyone can do this

每个人都可以做到

it's simple

非常简单

all this is organic

所有的这些都是有机的

well no it's Beyond Organic

或者说是超有机的

it's natural

you can't get better food than this

this is the best quality food in the world

you can get higher nutritional value

if you get better soil，better mineral content

we don't use any fertilizer， no pesticides，no herbicides
