1. Presentation 预热
要知道，一个好的开始可以给听众留下一个好的印象，使他们能更容易地代入你演讲时的情绪，在预热时，你可以参考下面的句型：
①问候
—Hello, everyone, I am gald/delighted/pleased to be speaking with you today.
②当与听众互动时，可以用以下句型，此时是拉进与听众距离的最好机会
—I can see many of you are from...department
—I know many of you are familiar with this topic
③正式开始presentation之前也可以适当的表达一下自己的心情
— I am very happy/glad to be here
—It’s a very great pleasure for me to be able attend this presentation
2. Presentation 正式开始
在演讲正式开始的时候，我们需要对演讲的整体框架进行展示，控制好进度，让听众对演讲的内容框架有一个大概的了解。与此同时，为了使演讲内容更流利一些，过渡语句也是必不可少的。下面是一些可以用到的常用句型：
①背景知识
—I would like to begin by giving you a brief background to...
—Let us start with the xxx
—The first thing i would like to talk about the definition of the terms i shall use in my presentation
②介绍你的主题
—Today, i’d like to talk to you about...
—I would like to begin by giving you a brief background to...
③大纲，简要的概括一下可以让听众感受到条理性
—I will cover the following sections in my presentation
—My presentation will be divided into... parts...
④过渡的客套话
—Ok, let’s move on to...
—For the next part, i will expand on...
—Now i’d like to tell you about...
⑤结尾，总结一下整个presentation，让听众有所回顾
—In conculusion,...

当我们做presentation的时候,会有Q&A环节，这个时候有的人会大脑一片空白，不知道怎么回应，那这个时候呢就需要有一些技巧，帮助你来拖延一下，给自己争取一些时间，今天就给大家分享三招:
第一招，好问题
Good point/ i am glad you asked that/That’s a very good question.

第二招，不知道
Well I actually don’t have the answer right now. But i will try to find out for you.

第三招，戳别人
