校园日记08:Keep Jogging Every Day

Today is the second week of this term. After two classes, I felt so tired because of lack of exercises and the bad weather today. My classmates encouraged me to jog with her. After jogging, I did some simple exercises to relax my legs which made me feel better. Doing sports made me get my spirits up and work off stress. Therefore, I decided to keep jogging every day.

Life lies in healthy exercise. As a middle school student, you may not have enough time to exercise if you just focus on learning. However, health is the first priority. If you don't like confrontational sports, then jogging is a good choice. We all know the great Japanese writer Haruki Murakami who runs year after year and running plays a significant role in his literary career. Choose an exercise that suits you and stick to it. I believe you can make a difference!
