pants=内裤
注意在美式英语中内裤是underpants, 裤子叫做pants
而在英式英语中内裤是pants, 而裤子叫做trousers

You wearing…这个句子不太符合语法规则
类似的, 我们可以说You going?(你去吗?)
You seeing anyone?(你有男/女朋友吗?)
建议大家还是掌握You’re wearing any pants?或Are you wearing any pants这样更符合语法规则
