And explain why you have never tried it in your life.

The sport I’d like to try for the first time is boxing. Normally, boxing and related style trainings might be considered to be very aggressive in nature, thereby making it quite unattractive for women. However, this stereotype no longer holds true. Women today are more inclined to fall in love with this sport as it can make you physically strong and hone your fighting skills. Apart from that, it also offers many other benefits to women.

Boxing helps women to improve their physical strength and enhance their endurance level as when sparring with a partner or alone with a punchbag or heavy bag, this regime requires your body to punch, kick, and twist with power. it is such a great workout because your body gets toned and not bulky.

Also, boxing is an anaerobic activity. According to the experts, anaerobic activities are proven to burn off more visceral fat than non-anaerobic exercises. So the workout will incredibly help you build a strong core, flatten your stomach and get into shape.
