1 more often than not 多半；通常

I wore glasses then and I still wear glasses now but actually more often than not I wear my contact lenses now. 我那个时候戴眼镜，我现在也戴，但多半戴隐形眼镜。

2 somehow 不知道什么原因，不知为什么

3  I am so embarrassed to say this, but...说起来有点尴尬

Also in high school, I had really bad acne/ˈækni/ . I had pimples all over my face so my face was red often, and one year, I am so embarrassed to say this, but I had a permanent. more often 之间连读

than /ðən/ 弱读

now /naʊ/ 里面的元音发音要饱满

next to  注意音的省略
