一、very
I'm very very grateful.
The photos are very beautiful.
Very few people know that.
I like your dress very much.
Think about it very carefully before deciding.
二、too
There is too much sugar in this tea.
Her words seem too good to be true.
This lady talks too much.
The car was travelling too fast and went out of control.
The clerk at the counter gave me too little change.
I hadn't trained enough for the game.
I don't think he's really experienced enough for this sort of job.
Is this box big enough for all those books?
He is old enough to take care of himself.
We didn't leave early enough.
Strangely enough, when it came to the test I actually felt pretty relaxed.
✔: He is very strong.
❌: He is too strong.
❌: He is strong enough.
2. 修饰如 little,few 或 many 等限定词时,用 very 或 too,而不用 enough,例如:
✔: Very few students learn Latin now.
✔: Too few students learn Latin now.
❌: Enough few students learn Latin now.
✔: I think you have done enough.
❌: I think you have done very.
❌: I think you have done too.
