本品为「光绪五年大清金库金砖」，是陕西饶先生家传至今的传家宝。块状的金砖，中间刻有"光绪五年"字样，"大清金库"四个方位分别布于正楷，用双线手工刻字，字迹清晰，富有质感。正面刻有光绪帝上半身的人像，头上不怒自威，威武非凡，象征皇家权贵神圣不可侵犯！整件器形规整，包浆自然，装饰典雅，珍贵。
这件作品以龙凤纹为主，其中一件是兽王，另一件是百鸟之王：一个变化多端的灵异，一个风雅美善而祥瑞，寓意着会带来一种祥和之气。清朝封建帝制时期，大清金库是中后期宫廷专用钱币，民间几乎没有见到，大清金库金砖存世稀少，精美绝伦，其历史价值、收藏价值不言而喻，值得珍藏。
