302.Sessile and pedunculated polyps of the colon（结肠息肉）

Polyps can be recognized as persistent filling defects in the colon; barium is displaced by the polyp. A, There is a sessile filling defect in the pool of barium along the left lateral wall of the sigmoid colon (solid black arrow). The size of the lesion should raise concern for malignancy.
