步骤1 主要材料;

步骤2 香菇没提前浸泡~保鲜盒中加30度左右温水,加少许淀粉,盖上盖子摇晃一会儿;

步骤4 鸡腿去骨切块;鸡皮我不要了。随个人喜好~

步骤5 鸡肉中倒入一半的陈皮水搅拌20下,倒掉飘浮的油及水;用陈皮水搅拌鸡肉既可以去油也能去腥~

步骤6 然后加入切小片的姜及葱段,加入蚝油拌匀腌制几分钟;

步骤7 蒜去皮--放水里浸泡几分钟可以更容易去皮;

步骤8 因为比较大瓣的蒜,切了半;菜椒切小片;浸泡好的香菇切小片;

步骤9 热油锅,中小火把蒜片煎至发黄;
