海马连合(hippocampal commissure)

The hippocampal commissure, also called the commissure of the fornix, is a transversely-oriented white matter tract connecting the two hippocampi via the fornices 1. The specific function of the hippocampal commissure is currently unknown, although damage to the fornices has been shown to lead to memory loss.

海马连合，又称穹隆连合，是一条通过穹隆连接两个海马的横向白质束。海马连合的具体功能目前尚不清楚，尽管穹隆受损会导致记忆丧失。
