2. 产品型号命名规则Product Model Naming Rules

例:LSF15S10D160A-A-0=蓝锂储能系列、磷酸铁锂电池、15串(3.2x15=48V)、10模块串联(48Vx10=480V)、带中线(±240V)、主控器件额定160A。代表共150串、额定480V(±240V)、最大充放电电流160A,与PCS无协议控制,不带显示屏的磷酸铁锂管理系统。

3. 产品系统概述 Product Overview
LS/LU系列BMS产品是针对大规模高压电池储能系统开发的电池管理系统。采用分布式架构,模块化设计理念,具有高度可配置性,易于组装、调试、维护,适用于直流电压1000V以下的各种电池储能系统。本产品最低可配置为二级架构(BMU+CBMS),适用于10KWh-100KWh的场合。与工控机及电池堆管理软件配合,可形成三级架构(BMU+CBMS+GBMS),适用于50KWh-2MWh场合。与服务器及电站电池管理系统软件配合,可形成四级架构(BMU+CBMS+GBMS+BBMS),适用于从2MWh到1000MWh场合,以满足不同的项目需求。
The LS/LU Series BMS products are battery management systems developed for large-scale high-voltage battery energy storage systems. It adopts distributed architecture, modular design concept, high configurability, easy assembly, debugging and maintenance. It is suitable for various battery energy storage systems with DC voltage below 1000V. This product can be configured as a secondary architecture (BMU+CBMS) for 10KWh-100KWh. Cooperate with industrial computer and battery stack management software to form a three-level architecture (BMU+CBMS+GBMS) for 50KWh-2MWh applications. In conjunction with the server and plant battery management system software, it can form a four-level architecture (BMU+CBMS+GBMS+BBMS) for applications from 2MWh to 1000MWh to meet different project requirements.

7. 安装操作及调试Installation
7.1 BMU安装 BMU Installation

7.1.5 BMU测试 BMU Test
BMU安装好后,在串联成组前建议进行测试,以提前发现和排除问题。可使用蓝锂提供的BMU_Test_Tool上位机软件测试BMU的采样、通信、风扇控制等功能。

7.2 CBMS安装 CBMS Installation
CBMS机箱通过左右挂耳的4个长圆孔固定在机柜的左右立柱上,见下图7.2.1。

9. 使用注意事项Precautions For Use
锂电池储能系统往往由几百甚至更多节电池串并联而成,电压往往有几百伏,在安装调试和使用期间,必须按相关安全规定做好安全防护措施,避免安全事故的发生。

9.1 严禁事项Strictly Prohibited
1)、储能系统内部有高压,非本公司或本公司授权的技术人员,严禁擅自打开机箱进行拆卸和维护,否则有触电的解除,同时失去保修权利。

3)、严禁靠近水源或火源,以免电池因短路或过热起火。

4)、触发二级保护后断路器由BMS控制断开后,必须将系统下电排除故障,并至少间隔1分钟以后方可重新上电开机,否则可能会导致断路器分励线圈热量来不及散发而损坏。

5)、如需要由电池来冷启动UPS/PCS,必须先将UPS/PCS侧的电池开关闭合后再启动电池。如果先启动电池,再闭合UPS/PCS侧的电池开关,由于UPS/PCS侧直流侧一般具有大电容,闭合瞬间电容相当于短路,此时电池给电容充电的电流会远高于CBMS机器内部的接触器额定值,极易造成接触器触点出现烧蚀、粘连,接触器触点接触电阻增大发热烧毁或者触点无法断开从而触发二级保护。

9.2 安全注意事项Safety Precautions
1)、安装及调试人员所使用的工具须有绝缘防护。
tools for installation and commissioning personnel must be insulated.
2)、在安装调试及维护时必须戴绝缘橡胶手套,视情况穿戴护目镜、绝缘橡胶靴,尽可能避免安全事故的发生。
Insulation rubber gloves must be worn during the installation and maintenance. Wear goggles and insulating rubber boots as the case may be to avoid the possible safety accidents.
3)、安装调试及维护过程中产生的线头金属等如掉入电池间,请务必使用绝缘工具取出,不能将杂物留置。

4)、需要维护时,必须将CBMS的主断路器断开,切断电池组与PCS直流总线的连接。

5)、根据项目需求的不同,电池管理系统的充放电电流和充放电电压等参数在初次安装调试时已设定,不得擅自更改参数,否则可能会缩短电池寿命,更严重的可能会对电池造成严重危害产生安全事故。
