(1)记忆法:佝偻病、血友病、红绿色盲、果蝇的红白眼、白化病(常隐)
(2)系谱图特征法:
①无中生有为隐性,隐性看女病,女病男(患者的父或子)正非伴性,双亲为杂合子,如图甲
②有中生无为显性,显性看男病,男病女(患者的母或女)正非伴性,双亲为杂合子,如图丙

)父方是纯合子或不携带致病(正常)基因:为伴X遗传,如系谱图乙丁。
(4)定义法:是否与性别相关,若无关最可能是常染色体遗传,若有关再看遗传特点。
(5)正反交实验:正反交结果相同,在常染色体上;正反交结果不同,在X染色体上。
(6)隐雌与纯合显雄杂交:若子代雌性全为显,雄性全为隐,则基因在X染色体上;若子代全为显,则基因在常染色体上或X、Y染色体的同源区段上。
(7)假设法:假设→代入题目→符合→假设成立;不符合,假设不成立。
(8)不能明确基因位置的系谱图,只能从可能、不可能、最可能上区分。若该病代代相传,最可能为显性遗传,若隔代遗传则为隐性遗传。
(9)多种遗传病需采用逐对分析法。
(10)ZW型性别决定的处理方法模仿XY型。
