我是个爱喝酒的人，几乎每天都喝酒，酒的统称是alcohol, 包括beer啤酒，红葡萄酒red wine, 白葡萄酒white wine, 威士忌whiskey，伏特加vodka, 鸡尾酒cocktail, 白酒Chinese liquor, 龙舌兰tequila, 香槟champagne, 比如，I am a whiskey lover, but I normally go for the beer , 我喜欢威士忌，但平时常喝啤酒；This is your big day, let’s have some champagne!今天是你重要的日子，喝点香槟庆祝一下吧，big day 指婚礼，毕业，生意成功等重要日子。

喝酒成瘾的人叫alcoholic,酒鬼，Stop dating James, he is totally alcoholic, he has no future!和詹姆斯分手吧！他是个酒鬼，没前途的！

喝多了叫get drunk, 但英国人喜欢说get sloshed, 烂醉如泥的意思，喝多了第二天早上通常头疼恶心难受无比，这个叫宿醉，hangover, 比如，last night I was totally drunk, James also got sloshed, we could not remember what happened, I am killed by the hangout now ,please call me later! 昨晚我和詹姆斯烂醉如泥，啥都不记得了，现在宿醉得要命，等会儿再给我打电话吧！
