有鉴于此，广西万益律师事务所涉外商事团队和知识管理团队特别整理了关于本次新型冠状病毒疫情的《不可抗力通知》的中英文模板，分别适用于合同无法履行时需要解除合同的情形及合同暂时无法履行时的情形。

因此，我司不得不遗憾地通知贵司，我们于 年 月 日签署的《 合同》（合同编号： ），受此疫情及管控措施影响，已根本不能履行。根据我国相关法律法规及合同中关于不可抗力的约定，特此通知贵司，上述合同自本通知送达贵司时解除。

Such epidemic and control measures are unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable event of force majeure (the “Event of Force Majeure”).
Therefore, we are sorry to inform you that the [name of Contract] (contract No. _____________) dated on [date] (the “Contract”) is unable to be performed due to such Event of Force Majeure. In accordance with relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China and the agreement on force majeure under the Contract, we hereby inform you that the Contract shall be terminated upon the service of this notice to your company.
