21世纪的原创：COLD 冷 （双语，出乎意料的故事让你欲罢不能）
“Welcome, Journey Andersen.”
The ginger-haired girl found herself in a weird biome. In front of her was a desert. To her right was a snowy mountain. To her left, a small forest. Tripping over and sliding head-first down the snowy hill, she got up and looked up to where she started. She sighed as she started walking in the opposite direction.
Journey woke up and found herself almost buried under a pile of sticks and twigs. Hold up. Sticks? She thought. But I was in a snowy place… she stood up and brushed some dirt off her tunic. She took one step and fell down a hole.
“Oh, great start, Journey!” She told herself, looking around the cave. She brushed a glowing blue crystal with her metal fingers, causing a crack to widen up ahead. She stepped forward. Okay Journey, you’re either really fearless or really stupid. She smiled and crawled through the crevice.
Journey ended up in the desert.
“The beauty of a desert is that it always hides a well.” she muttered. After trudging through the sand for an hour or two, she stumbled into an oasis. She splashed herself and floated on her back for a while. Then she got out and started walking towards a purple mist in the distance.
She arrived in a purple, mystical forest, surrounded by a mountain. She reached her arm out to a glowing white ball hovering above a large rock. Warmth filled her and her feet lifted off the grass. When she felt the ground again, she opened her eyes to find three navy blue butterflies circling her, leaving a light-blue trail behind them.
Smiling, she jumped up, grabbing the edge of a small cliff. She reached for a foothold but fell down. After trying for a few minutes, she got both arms onto the cliff and pulled herself up. Multiple ledges jutted out from the side of the mountain. Journey took a few steps back and jumped.
She landed on the first ledge and looked down at the ground. As she looked on, it changed. From being a grassy meadow, it turned into a frozen lake. I’d better not fall now. “But there’s parkour!” She argued with herself. Do it. She closed her eyes and leapt from one overhang to the next. As she landed on the last ledge, a red mist swirled around her.
Journey emerged from the mist and found herself in new surroundings. Instead of standing on a firm ledge, she was waist-deep in snow. And instead of butterflies flying around her, misshapen wolves and foxes were circling her, baring their fangs. They crept closer, watching her struggle to get out.
Okay…I’m going to die. Yay. She started flailing around as the animals closed in. Actually… I’m stupid, aren’t I? She took off the VR helmet and collapsed on the floor. “Thank you for testing the beta version of Cold: The Game.” A robotic voice said. “Pleasure.” Journey got up and stumbled out, still dazed by her experience.

她抵达一座紫色神秘的森林，被一座山环绕着。她把手伸到一块盘旋在一块大石头上发光的白色小球上。温暖立刻充满了她，她的脚从草地上升起。当她再次感觉到地面时，她睁开眼睛看到三个藏在她身边的藏青色蝴蝶，在他们身后留下一条淡蓝色的小路。
微笑着，她跳起来，抓住了一个小悬崖的边缘。她站了起来，但再跌倒了。试了几分钟后，她把双臂放在悬崖上，拉起了自己。从山的侧面突出的多个壁架。杰妮退了几步，然后飞跃。

杰妮从雾中浮现出来，发现自己处于新的环境中。她没有站在建筑的平台上，而是腰部深深地陷入雪中。不是蝴蝶在她身边，而是畸形的狼和狐狸露着尖利的牙齿，向她咆哮着，完全堵住了她的任何出路。
好吧……我要死了。yep。
其实......我很笨，是不是？杰妮脱掉了VR头盔，倒在了地板上。
“感谢您测试Cold：The Game的测试版。”一个机器人声音说。
“完美。” 杰妮起来，身心仍然沉浸在刚刚发生的一切中。
