5）某些结构习惯用it作为主语。例如：

It+seems/appears似乎，It+happens恰好，It+looks看上去，It+matters或It+makes+some/any/no difference有/无关系

It appeared that his interview was success.

他的采访好像很成功。

结构分析：It是主语，appeared是系动词，过去一般时，that引导表语从句，his interview是主语，was是be动词，过去一般时，success是表语。

It so happened that he was away in Hong Kong when I called.

我去拜访时，他恰好在香港。

结构分析：It是主语，happened是不及物动词，在这里相当于系动词的作用，that引导表语从句，he是主语，was是be动词， away是表语，in Hong Kong是地点状语，when引导时间状语从句，I是主语，called是谓语。
