① I didn't mean it.
我不是故意的。

例句：

I'm sorry, babe. I didn't mean it. 
对不起，宝儿。我不是有意的。
我们可以经常看到这个句型：
I didn't mean to do sth.
我不是故意...

例句：

Please continue ─ I didn't mean to interrupt. 
请继续往下说，我并非有意打断你的话。

1）mean作动词表示：意思是；意味着

2）mean作形容词表示：吝啬的，小气的
Pikachu is too mean to buy his wife a ring.

3）此外mean作形容词还表示：极好的，出色的

如何正确回应“我不是故意的”
①none taken
英文释义：Usually it is a response when someone says, 'no offense' you can say, 'none taken'. It means you are not offended, or upset, by their statement.
它的意思是：没事，我没放心上

例如：

A: No offense, but I think it's ugly.
恕我直言，但是我觉得很丑。
B: Oh, none taken.
哦，没事！没事！
②We all make mistakes. 
谁还不犯点错啊，没事！
③It doesn't matter !
这是非常礼貌的“没关系”，当别人诚恳地跟你道歉时，你可以回复他：It doesn’t matter，表示“没关系，无所谓，不要紧”

例如：

A: Sorry, it was an accident.
抱歉，我不是故意的。
B：It doesn't matter !
没关系的啦
④That's OK !
这算得上最勉强的 “没关系”了，这样回答的人心里其实可能并不痛快。
⑤That's alright !
这个表达既可以用作感谢用语的回答，表示“不用谢，不客气”，又可以用作道歉用语的回答，表示“没关系，不要紧，没什么”。
⑥It's nothing !
它也可回答道歉的话语，表示“没什么，不碍事，没关系”；又可回答感谢的话语，表示“小事儿，没什么”。
⑦Don’t worry about that .
这和中文里的“不要紧”意思非常接近。
