染色体过客复合物(CPC)的丝氨酸/苏氨酸-蛋白激酶组分,该复合物作为有丝分裂的关键调节剂CPC复合物在着丝粒处具有重要功能,可确保正确的染色体排列和分离,并且是染色质诱导的微管稳定和纺锤体组装所必需的。参与纺锤体微管与动粒的双极附着,是有丝分裂期间胞质分裂开始的关键调节因子。中央/中区纺锤体组装和细胞质分裂形成的关键组成部分,迟点脱落以防止细胞间线路桥的过早分裂和DNA 破坏巨大消耗的过程:磷酸化CHMP4C,22422861,PubMed:24814515)。

AURKB磷酸化CPC复合体亚基BIRC5 /存活,CDCA8 / borealin和INCENP。INCENP的磷酸化导致AURKB活性增加。其他已知的参与着丝粒功能和有丝分裂的AURKB底物是CENPA,DES /结蛋白,GPAF ,KIF2C,NSUN2,RACGAP1,SEPTIN1,VIM /波形蛋白,单激酶和组蛋白H3。涉及单激酶和AURKB的正反馈循环有助于将CPC定位到着丝粒。VIM的磷酸化控制细胞因子过程中波形蛋白丝的分离,而组蛋白H3在有丝分裂期间在“丝氨酸-10”和“丝氨酸28”处磷酸化(分别为H3S10ph和H3S28ph)。单激酶和AURKB之间的积极反馈有助于CPC本地化。BUB1和SGO1的动粒定位也需要AURKB。的p53 / TP53的磷酸化负调节其转录活性。静息乙和Ť淋巴细胞中活性启动子的关键调节因子:通过介导静息乙细胞中活性启动子处H3S28ph的导降、抑制 RNF2RING1B 泛素化和增强去介时 AUSP16 泛素化酶的结合和性能而产生活力。
