控血压

注意
1. 连续7~10次测量血压,最高值与最低值应该相差20%以内,如果超过20%,说明自动调节能力不好;
2. 立位血压应比卧位血压高15~20mmHg,否则说明血压调节能力不佳。
3. 卧位测量血压时,应先平躺10分钟;站立测量血压时,应先静站3分钟。每次测量血压,都要注意血压计需与心脏持平。
