别慌,喝咖啡不会骨质疏松
喝杯咖啡压压惊
适量喝咖啡,不会导致骨质疏松;尤其是对钙摄入充足的人来说。
大量抽烟喝酒、缺乏运动、钙和维生素D摄入不足、节食减肥……才是板上钉钉的”骨骼杀手“。
每天1~2杯咖啡造成的钙流失是很轻微的;对女性来说,停经后雌激素水平急转直下导致骨质迅速流失,才是影响骨密度的最主要因素。
咖啡奶茶都要适量喝,但更重要的是均衡饮食,保证钙及其他营养素的摄入。
