About the Project
Dr. Huiliang Wang will join the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin as an assistant professor from January 2021. He will be working on nanomaterials and electronic devices for advanced neural interfacing. Currently, he has a funded project for a PhD student to work on nanomaterials-based (can be combined with genetic) approach for targeted modulation/recording of neural activity.
